Mr. Md Nazim Uddin is basically a Human Resources Specialist. He joined in iDEA project in June 2020 as a Consultant-HR & Finance. Prior to joining in iDEA project Mr. Nazim served more than 17 years in the field of Human Resources and Administration in different INGO’s, multinational organizations/institutions and leading conglomerates e.g. ErasmasMC University of Netherlands, Sheikh Fazilatunnessa Mujib KPJ Multinational Healthcare, Swisscontact-Switzerland, Giant Group and Action against Hunger-ACF France together with public and private entities respectively.   Mr Nazim completed his MSS Degree from the University of Rajshahi with major in Public Administration. In addition, He achieved Post Graduate Diploma in HRM. Meanwhile Mr Nazim achieved a professional course certificate on “Human Resource Capstone-HR for People Manager” an 8 weeks online non-credit course from the University of Minnesota, USA offered by Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC) and organized Coursera. Mr. Nazim attended a number of training and traveled to Nepal, India and Thailand to attend some international training, workshops and seminars with the invitations of international organizations.  Mr. Nazim has versatile experience, competencies, expertise and leadership skills on the formulation of HR Policies, setting in HR goals, Employee recruitment and Talent acquisition, change management, KPI based performance evaluation system, strategic HR leadership, employee engagement, succession planning, Team building, staff transitions, grievance issues, ethical sensitivity, gender HR, core values, integrity, compensation & benefits, working life balance and development of portfolios respectively. Mr. Nazim is interested to closely work with the development of Human Resources of the government and its HR Policy, Reformation, Good governance and any kind of development initiatives.
